I have studied at ETH, then co-founded TwingTec. At TwingTec we have developed a radiacally new wind energy system that can produce 2 x the energy with only 10% of the material as compared to a conventional wind turbine. Our technology will open complementary markets with a CO2 reduction potential of 5GT/year. Initially we will be serving remote industries and communities with green electricity by replacing diesel gemerators. Midterm, this technology will be deployed in deep waters off shore, potentially powering Europe 3-4 times over.
